4. Technical Risks

Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. Fund losses are possible due to technical failures, hacker attacks, or code errors. Always verify the contract on Etherscan before use.

5. Regulatory Risks

Cryptocurrency legislation may change. Using this project may be illegal in your jurisdiction. Make sure you comply with local laws.

6. Open Source Code

The project code is open for audit. However, this does not mean it is completely secure. Always conduct your own research (DYOR - Do Your Own Research).

Protocol: Uses Aave V3 (not an Aave product)
Audit: Code is open for public audit. Conduct your own research (DYOR).

9. Technical Architecture

Decentralized arbitrage protocol — an independent tool for automating flash loan arbitrage without the need for deep understanding of collateral mechanisms and complex smart contract interactions.

System Architecture:

  • Base Aave V3 Protocol: Uses the official Aave V3 Pool smart contract (0x87870Bca3F3fD6335C3F4ce8392D69350B4fA4E2) as a liquidity source for flash loans
  • Personalized Contract: Upon deployment, an individual SafeAdvancedArbitragePool instance is created, managed exclusively by your wallet through the Ownable2Step mechanism
  • Atomic Transaction: The entire process is executed in one transaction (single block execution): start() function call → flash loan from Aave V3 Pool → DEX arbitrage operation → loan repayment with fee → profit distribution
  • Collateral-Free: Flash loan requires no collateral provision (collateral-free), as the loan is returned in the same transaction before finalization
  • Automatic Management: Contract independently interacts with Aave V3 LendingPool through ILendingPool interface, processes events and performs validation through ReentrancyGuard

User Benefits:

  • No need to understand collateral mechanisms (collateral ratios, liquidation thresholds)
  • Automation of complex protocol interactions (Aave ↔ DEX)
  • Single management point through your personal contract
  • Transparency: all operations visible on Etherscan in one transaction

By using this project, you confirm that you have read and understood all risks, and agree to take full responsibility for your actions.

Developers may make changes to code, functionality, interface, or terms of use without prior notice. By continuing to use the service after changes are made, you agree to the new terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The project code is distributed under an open license. Use of Aave trademarks is for informational purposes and does not imply affiliation. You do not have the right to use trademarks, logos, or branding of Aave or other companies for commercial purposes without appropriate permission.

6. Service Operation Principles

Purpose: This service is an independent tool designed for users who do not understand the complex mechanisms of using collateral in arbitrage operations. The service automates the process of interacting with Aave V3 protocol and decentralized exchanges (DEX).

Operating Architecture:

  • Base Aave V3 Contract: The service uses the official Aave V3 Pool smart contract (0x87870Bca3F3fD6335C3F4ce8392D69350B4fA4E2) as a liquidity source for flash loans. This is a public, verified contract of the Aave protocol.
  • Personal User Contract: Upon deployment, your individual smart contract (SafeAdvancedArbitragePool) is created, managed exclusively by your wallet. Each user gets their own isolated contract.
  • Management via Function Calls: The entire arbitrage process is managed by calling functions of your personal contract. You initiate operations through start(), stop(), withdraw() and other functions defined in the contract.
  • Loan from Official Aave: Your personal contract interacts with the official Aave V3 Pool contract to obtain flash loans. The loan is taken directly from the official Aave protocol, without intermediaries.
  • Atomic Operations: The entire process is executed in one transaction (atomic transaction) within a single blockchain block: function call → flash loan from Aave V3 → DEX arbitrage operation → loan repayment with fee → profit distribution. If any part of the process cannot be executed, the entire transaction reverts, ensuring security.
  • Collateral-Free: Flash loan requires no collateral provision (collateral-free), as the loan is returned in the same transaction before finalization. This is a key advantage of flash loans over traditional loans.

User Benefits: The service simplifies complex protocol interactions, automates the arbitrage process, and allows users to participate in flash loan arbitrage without the need for deep understanding of technical details of collateral, liquidation mechanisms, and complex smart contract interactions.

7. Service Usage

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable law. The use of the service is prohibited for:

  • Any illegal activities or violations of the law
  • Money laundering or terrorism financing
  • Fraud or deception of other users
  • Attempts to hack, breach security, or interfere with the service
  • Use of automated systems (bots) without explicit permission

8. Financial Operations

All financial operations are performed through smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain. Developers do not control and cannot cancel transactions after they are confirmed on the blockchain. You bear full responsibility for all transactions initiated from your wallet.

Transaction fees (gas fees) are paid by you and are not refundable, even if the transaction was not successful. Developers are not responsible for losses related to transaction fees.

Profitability of arbitrage operations is not guaranteed. Market conditions may change, and arbitrage opportunities may disappear. You may lose part or all of your invested funds.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Flash Loan arbitrage? +

Flash Loan arbitrage uses instant loans from Aave V3 to exploit price differences between DEX platforms. You borrow funds, execute trades across multiple exchanges, and repay the loan with profit - all in one transaction. No collateral required.

Is this safe? What are the risks? +

Risks include: Smart contract bugs, market volatility, failed transactions, gas fees, and potential total loss of funds. This is experimental DeFi technology. Only invest what you can afford to lose. The project is NOT officially endorsed by Aave.

How much can I realistically earn? +

Based on market conditions: 1-5% daily returns are possible during high volatility periods. However, some days may have zero or negative returns. Monthly returns typically range from 30-150%, but this is NOT guaranteed and depends on market conditions.

What's the minimum investment and fees? +

Minimum: 0.3 ETH to start. Fees: 0.3% platform fee on profits + 0.09% Aave flash loan fee + Ethereum gas costs. You keep 99.7% of profits after successful arbitrage.

How does the technology work? +

The system monitors price differences across DEX platforms (Uniswap, Sushiswap, Curve, Balancer). When profitable opportunities are found, it automatically executes flash loan arbitrage in a single atomic transaction. If unprofitable, the transaction reverts with no loss.

Do I maintain control of my funds? +

Yes. This is a non-custodial system. You deploy your own smart contract that only you control. Funds are never held by third parties. You can withdraw anytime through your personal contract. All transactions are transparent on Etherscan.
